*Feed servo motor connect to the ball screw through precision coupling. Three-axis ball screw adopts double bearing support fixation mode, which can ensure the accuracy and stability of ball screw.
*Bed, worktable, column, slide carriage, spindle box and other large casting of the machine adopt HT300 cast iron, which have been aging treatment for many times. FEM and optimization technology are adopted in the design of the machine, so as to obtain high rigidity. Column adopts the herringbone design, which has enough bending resistance and torsion resistance. In this way, the machine can meet the requirements of heavy-duty cutting.
*High Efficiency Vertical Machining Center VMC800m adopts double heavy duty roller linear guide way(X/Y/Z). The width of X axis is 35mm, and the width of Y/Z is 45 mm, which ensure high positioning accuracy and flexible movement of equipment. Six sliders are installed on the Z-axis linear guide way to improve the rigidity of and surface finish of machined pieces during machining,
*Automatic centralized lubrication is adopted to linear guide way and ball screw, oil output can be controlled automatically, oil distributor lubricates the parts at regular time and quantity.
