TPX series transmission axes have X axis, Y axis, Z axis and B axis. The following is an introduction to the transmission structure of these axes:
As can be seen from the figure below, the movement of the table along the X axis is driven by the lead screw, The movement along the z-axis is driven by the rack. The movement of the spindle box along the Y-axis is also driven by the lead screw.
There is a smooth screw next to the X/Y/Z axis , The role of smooth screw is transmission power. All axes (X, Y, Z, B) are powered by motors under the columns. The power of the spindle is provided by the motor at the back of the spindle box.
