The machine features
-High speed: powerful guideway & Imported axis, special suitable for free curve
High speed spindle: 18000rpm, HSK Germany electric spindle

-Main parts are all 3D-CAD/FEM analysis high rigid construction. 3 direction all adopt low vibration cylinder guideway.
-The whole machine use symmetrical construction, better heat stability .

INVERTED VERTICAL LATHE MACHINING CENTER CKD32
The machine features
-The machine overall structure is open. The main shaft is overhanging and forced in a C type; Gantry frame structure provides stable feeding.
-Using 12 position radial hydraulic locked tool turret, the cutter head is driven by torque motor with strong rigidity. The locking and loosening of the turret is controlled by the hydraulic operation, which is safe and reliable. Large diameter gear disk and hard lock provide extremely high rigidity and load capacity.
-Main shaft adopts powerful internal mounted motorized spindle with advantages of constant temperature oil cooling, constant thermal stability and low noise.
-Using integrated transport system of workpiece, automatic material’s up-down, short journeys of processing and material’s up-down, auxiliary process costs less time.
