HORIZONTAL BORING AND MILLING MACHINE
This horizontal boring and milling machine is a universal machine with a wide range of application and suitable for drilling, boring, counter-boring, and spot facing. In addition, it can be used also for internal thread cutting by means of the feed rate of the normal thread pitch. The radial traverse of the radial facing slide on the facing head may complete a machining process of radial feed movement, thereby, the machine can be used for boring a bigger hole or surface, cylindrical turning and recessing, etc.

The machine generally includes a single column, a side hanging box, and a fixed flat disk.
The workbench moves longitudinally and laterally on the bed.
The machine tool has good rigidity, usability and a large processing range.
The spindle system adopts optimized design. The main shaft is supported by three points. It has the characteristics of good rigidity and high rotation precision. The main shaft is nitrided to improve the hardness, enhance the wear resistance and prolong the service life.
The machine is equipped with a hanging button station, which is concentrated and flexible. The main motion and feed motion shifting adopt hydraulic pre-selected shifting rotary valve, which saves auxiliary time and improves processing efficiency.
The headstock lifting, the vertical and horizontal movement of the table and the rotation movement are all controlled by electromagnetic clutch. The clamping and loosening are hydraulically controlled. After clamping, the machine has self-locking and reliable clamping, which reduces labor intensity and improves the automation of the machine tool.
The front pillar rail surface is heated and quenched by electric contact surface heating to improve the hardness of the guide rail and prolong the service life. The upper sliding seat is provided with mechanical unloading to prevent low speed crawling.
The safety clutch is respectively arranged in the feed box and the quick box. When the machine is overloaded, the safety clutch is disengaged to avoid damage to the internal mechanism.
All parts that move at the same time are equipped with electrical interlocks to ensure safety.
